Hello PSHA Family,
As you know, the smoke conditions in Wenatchee are currently poor. Air quality has reached a level where it could impact our ability to hold State Finals at Appleatchee. We understand your concerns, and we want you to know that we are taking this situation very seriously.
The Executive Committee has met and is actively discussing several options, including potential backup arenas should relocation become necessary.
At this time, we are remaining patient while monitoring the forecast for Wenatchee. At the same time, we are working behind the scenes to ensure that all the necessary pieces are in place so we can successfully host State Finals, regardless of the location if a change becomes necessary.
The Executive Committee will meet again on Sunday evening to make the best decision possible based on the latest information available. We will communicate our decision as soon as we can, so you have as much time as possible to adjust your plans if needed.
We know this is not an ideal situation, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our priority is to provide a safe, successful, and memorable State Finals experience for our PSHA Family. Thank you for your continued support as we work through this together.
