STATE FINALS IS FAST APPROACHING!
There is a lot of information coming out and we have made some changes! We want to make sure that everyone has a smooth and fun experience!!
- INVITES- WATCH YOUR EMAIL! (Including junk mail) Candice will send invites out on JULY 30th! You must accept or decline NO LATER than 5:00PM Saturday AUGUST 2nd!
- CAMPING We assign ALL camping. Please fill out the camping form to let us know your needs. (This is not the payment form) Keep in mind we do our best to honor all requests however they are not guaranteed! We will be FULL so please let us know asap. Also, if you can “dry” camp (you have a generator and can manage) consider doing so, so that others who cannot dry camp can have hookups. Qualified participants will get priority of camping spots if we happen to max out capacity. NO arrivals before NOON Thursday! Strictly enforced!

- STALLS We assign ALL stalls. You may leave requests in our online payment form or via messenger to Megan Howard or email icingcupcakes19@gmail.com
A stall map will be posted on the PSHA Facebook page and printed and posted upon arrival
- PAYMENT for your stalls and camping. This year there is a NEW payment system. All participants will pay Appleatchee directly for Stalls and Camping. The good news is they have an online payment system! You can also pay in person when checking into the main office via cash or check made out to Appleatchee or use this link to pay online now!!

- SECRET PALS- This is a really fun and important thing we do to celebrate our youth during State Finals and a great opportunity for the Juniors to meet the Seniors they don’t know! WE NEED SENIORS (everyone over 18 riding) to step up and take on a Junior (everyone under 18 riding) This consists of a little stall decoration and some treats throughout the weekend. Seniors, please contact Michelle Keihn if you would like to take on a Junior!
