Sophie Rutgers

Hi my name is Sophie Rutgers, I’m 12 years old and the daughter of Mike and Lindsey Rutgers. I have grown up in Everson and love spending time with my horse Shesa! I have been doing 4H with Nooksack Valley JR Riders for 4 years. I’m excited to be a part of the PSHA Junior Royalty and be able to help give back to the program!

Emma Chapman

Hi, my name is Emma Chapman and I am 13 years old. I am the daughter of Josh and Kelsey Chapman. I have been a part of PSHA for four years now. We live in Sequim and ride at Agnew, but we like to travel to other shows as well! I love this program and I’m very excited to be a huge part of it!

Isis Davenport

Hi my name is Isis Davenport. I am 13 years old, and am the daughter of Meagan Davenport and Jed Davenport. This is my 4th year in PSHA and I am very excited for many more. I am grateful to have this opportunity to help this association!
